William Stewart

William “Bill” Stewart. 

Bill joined Buty & Curliano in 2026 where his practice focuses on product liability and toxic torts. Prior to joining B&C, he specialized in pharmaceutical antitrust and securities litigation class actions, multidistrict litigation, and complex individual matters nationwide before federal and state courts. He enjoys hiking, long form journalism, and advocating for the autism community.

Bill was an editor for the University of San Francisco Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and represented clients as a member of the USF Internet and Intellectual Property Law Clinic. While attending law school in the evenings, Bill worked full time for a medical device manufacturing company specializing in interventional therapies to treat vascular conditions such as stroke and aneurysm. As an undergraduate, he studied Cell and Molecular Biology and bioinformatics.
