Tracy Gondo

Tracy is an associate at Buty & Curliano focusing on toxic tort and civil litigation. She also has extensive experience representing small businesses in construction defect and premises liability actions, as well as first-hand experience running her own small business in Oakland.

Tracy is passionate about giving back to her community. She has volunteered with the Alameda County Bar Association’s Lawyers in the Library and Pro Bono Family Law programs. She has also been actively involved in Oakland’s cat rescue community for many years.

In her free time, Tracy loves to hike and has explored 20 of the 63 National Parks. She is also an avid reader, film geek, and devoted fan of Arsenal FC.
