Justin Sha practices commercial, employment, and complex litigation. He is also experienced in antitrust, cybersecurity, and privacy as well as general compliance and defense matters. Prior to legal practice, Justin was a senior executive at a Silicon Valley technology company, where he was responsible for driving sales and managing internal delivery.
Justin is passionate about service and enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering during his free time. He is also an adjunct professor and has enjoyed teaching business law courses at Ohlone College every semester since 2018.
He is an active member of several professional associations, including: Dartmouth Alumni Association of the Silicon Valley, Board Member; GLBTQ+ Asian Pacific Alliance, Board Member; Ohlone College Foundation, Board Member; Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, Member; Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Volunteer.
