Christian Monteclaro attended law school at Golden Gate University where he worked at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic, representing low-wage workers in various types of employer disputes. He also worked at a boutique class action law firm specializing in data breach, consumer, and employment law.
He joined Buty & Curliano in 2024 and currently focuses his practice on litigation in the areas of product liability and toxic torts.
A Bay Area native, Christian spends his free time attending the games of all his favorite Bay Area sports teams. He also enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.
