William C. “Skee” Saacke

Skee handles toxic tort litigation as of counsel with Buty & Curliano. Out of law school he worked as an associate for two large litigation firms, and as a Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Micronesia. In 2001, he joined The Saacke Law Group and eventually took over the practice. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, toxic tort, class action, real estate, securities, civil rights, maritime, and collection and business/contract litigation.

He has successfully tried bench and jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court, and arbitrated cases before the National Association of Securities Dealers, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the National Futures Association, and Workers Compensation Appeals Board. He has served as a mediator, an arbitrator, and as Temporary Judge in Los Angeles County.
