While focusing on complex high-stakes commercial, healthcare, and employment litigation in both federal and state courts, Vlad Andrich is also experienced in intellectual property and information privacy law. He is passionate about law, dedicated to detail, and deeply committed to his clients’ success. Prior to joining Buty & Curliano, he advised dozens of top-tier global technology companies on a variety of legal matters involving complex commercial transactions, international and U.S. compliance issues, financial restructuring, and risk management. Vlad received his legal education in the U.S. and Europe, and is fluent in Spanish, German, and Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian.
