Lee Sheldon is a partner at Buty & Curliano, LLP. He has experience working on labor and employment, medical malpractice, personal injury, and general business cases. In addition, Mr. Sheldon regularly advises employers and corporate clients on a wide range of transnational matters including terminations, wage disputes, contract negotiations, and disciplinary hearings. Prior to joining Buty & Curliano, Mr. Sheldon worked for a solo practitioner where he gained first chair jury trial experience and represented small businesses, individuals and corporate clients in both state and federal court.
Mr. Sheldon graduated from the University of California, Irvine (B.A., Deans List, 2003) and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D. with distinction, Law Review, Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, Deans List, 2008). In 2006, he studied under the Honorable Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Sheldon has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Northern California by Super Lawyers Magazine and is a member of The Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada.
